We accept Credit Card ( Mastercard & Visa ), PayPal, Money Orders, Cheques or Direct Deposits.

All plants and products must be paid for in full with funds from PayPal, Money Orders, Cheques or Direct Deposits cleared into our accounts before your plants are despatched.

PAYMENTS NEED TO BE CLEARED INTO OUR ACCOUNTS BY 5pm EST FRIDAY FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

All our account and payment pages are protected via SSL encrypted HTTPS servers to protect you from identity theft and protect all your passwords and payment details,


Shipping Packing

Orders are picked, prepared and dispatched on Mondays by Australia Post Parcel Post with Insurance. We cover the cost of the insurance.

Roses will be posted bare root with leaves removed unless stated otherwise in listing.

Some plants may need to be trimmed to fit within Australia Posts parcel sizes.

Quality plants are supplied through all seasons any time of the year!

Plants are suitably wrapped to retain moisture and will stay fresh for 2 weeks.

Please check your order on arrival and notify us as soon as possible if you are concerned about a new plant, all claims must be received within 7 days of purchase.

If your plant has been damaged in transit, please photograph plant and packaging immediately and forward to us so we can make a claim against our Australia Post insurance.

 

Shipping & Handling Costs

To calculate shipping costs for your items: Add the items you are interested in to your cart, click View Cart, click Estimate Shipping and Taxes enter State and postcode and click Get Quotes. A box will pop up showing your total postage charges. At this point your are under no obligation to buy and you can check the cost of any combination of products as often as you would like.

Note items placed in cart can be purchased by other users and are not removed from sale until you complete the checkout process. And make payment.

All orders are sent Australia Post Parcel Post with insurance (at our cost) and the option of signature on delivery,

If you chose not to have signature on delivery then you assume full responsibility for any loss without exception. We can make an insurance claim and you be refunded your costs only if Australia Post approve your claim.

Postage will be added to your order at the rate supplied by the Australia Post Postage calculator we have no control over the constantly raising of rates by Australia Post.

All orders have a handling charge to cover packaging and transport to the Post Office this is calculated on our costs for packaging materials for our standard box. The Handling charge is included in the amount shown by the Australia Post Postage calculator and not added separately.

Unfortunately we are no longer able to ship to WA, NT or Tas. This is due to the WA Quarantine Dept inspecting every order and charging our customers $56 for this service without consulting or notifying them before the inspection.
Without the WA orders we cannot cover our accreditation costs to be accredited to ship to NT or Tas and have reluctantly decided not to renew our accreditation.
