All plants and products must be paid for in full with funds from Credit Cards. PayPal, Money Orders, Cheques or Direct Deposits cleared into our accounts before your plants are dispatched.

Our range of plants is so diverse, from modern Hybrid through to Old fashioned roses, the saleable size of certain varieties can vary considerably. Bare-root rose plants are generally 30-40cm long with one, two or three stems. Many varieties only produce one stem in the nursery stage. Care is taken to ensure only the best sized plants available of each variety are included in your order. All plants offered for sale are of the highest industry- quality, premium selection however the plant size and foliage may vary according to the plant variety and the season. Photos are only an indication of how the plant may look in the future with proper care and growing conditions and do not form part of the description.

Every effort has been made so that all plants sold by Ladybird Roses® are of the description and kind specified at the time of sale. Where reasonable proof is given that the plants have been wrongly labelled or damaged by us we will correct the mistake. We give no warranty expressed or implied as to the growth, description, quality or productiveness and will not be in any way responsible for the plants, as these factors are governed by forces which are beyond our control. Please check your order on arrival and notify us as soon as possible if you are concerned about a new plant, all claims must be received within 7 days of purchase.

Once in your care the plant is your responsibility for providing the correct environment and nurture.

If an incorrect plant variety has been dispatched please make immediate contact.
If your plant arrives dead, however unlikely this would be, or your plant has been damaged in transit, please photograph plant and packaging immediately and forward to us so a claim can be made against Australia Post insurance.

All sales are final, once you press the confirm Order button at the end of the checkout process you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase and pay for your order and no refunds will be given for change of mind. If a return is approved for any reason you will be liable for all postage charges and a restocking fee of 15% of the order with a minimum restocking fee of $7.

Plants travel extremely well and are sent by us throughout Australia via Aust Post Parcel Post fully insured. Plants are suitably wrapped to retain moisture and should remain fresh for a least 2 weeks in transit.
